Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and partner with Product and Marketing leaders to drive cross-functional collaboration and insights. You will own reporting on user health metrics, lead business reviews, analyze key business metrics, and communicate progress to executive leadership. This full-time role can be based in a US office or remotely. Fetch offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $192,000-$205,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in strategic finance, business operations, investment banking, program management, or related roles
  • In-house tech experience, including business partnering experience in B2C business models supporting user growth and retention initiatives
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross functional collaboration across the Product and Marketing orgs - build / maintain / iterate to create cohesive user growth strategy across acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Own monthly, weekly, and daily reporting on user health metrics across churn, retention, and monetization, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI
  • Lead monthly / weekly business reviews to review business performance vs. budget
  • Analyze and interpret key business metrics (LTV-CAC, ARPU, churn / retention, etc.) to drive insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Communicate progress on user metrics to executive leadership and Board of Directors
