Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Join Midi Health as our Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance and play a key role in shaping the future of women's midlife health. You will lead financial planning, revenue and COGS modeling, and KPI tracking. Reporting to the CFO, this position offers impactful contributions through innovative solutions and strategic insights. Lead FP&A, build financial models and dashboards, and conduct financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the Finance team, Business Operations, and departmental leaders to enhance reporting and efficiency. Support new initiatives to improve care margins and present implications to senior management. Manage the company financial model and forecasting process, communicating budget tracking and variances. Create reporting for Board presentations and executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a related field degree required or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate finance experience
• Expert-level modeling skills, both in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• A proven ability to lead projects and effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner
• Self-starter who can deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be “hands-on”
• Excellent team player who can also work well independently and with limited direction; highly driven and self-motivated
• High level of business acumen, the ability to analyze and assess opportunities and issues within the business

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A revenue and cost of goods sold planning, financial model and dashboard building, special projects, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the organization
• Work closely with others on the Finance team, Business Operations, and departmental leaders to enhance revenue and COGS reporting, KPI tracking, and deliver efficiencies, which includes creating KPI dashboards and identifying trends
• Support the implementation of new initiatives to improve care Margins and present the implications to the CFO and senior management
• Manage the company financial model and revenue/COGS forecasting process, providing clear communications to leaders across the company on budget tracking and variances
• Assist in the creation of reporting for Board presentations and executive management that communicates financial results/KPI trends
• Work directly with the CFO to help optimize decision-making across the business through strategic and financial analyses
