Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of client services experience
  • A solid understanding of complex management, strategy, business, and finance processes
  • Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
  • Proven history of leading multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence others and build cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
  • A deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology
  • Strong track record of client services
  • Experience in mentoring and growing team members

Responsibilities

  • Hold the role of Engagement Lead on some of our most important projects and programs
  • Lead engagement and program processes including, but not limited to, budget, scope, timelines, organization, resourcing, implementation, and risk management
  • Manage cross-functional team members to success, ensuring the team understands and meets the project or program vision
  • Key point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and implementing resolution of project or program level issues independently
  • Proactively and independently look to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead experience design thinking workshops with our clients
  • Play the lead role of understanding and interpreting our clients’ business challenges and goals and working with our design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences
  • Be a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends
  • Be a mentor to members of our global team
