Requirements

  • Extensive track record (7+ years) of developing and managing creative campaigns related to advertising
  • Passion for building great concepts, creatives, and campaigns with an elevated aesthetic outcome
  • Robust attention to detail and a passion for storytelling, psychology, and advertising
  • Curiosity and engagement with evolving technologies, trends, and platforms
  • Excellent planning, organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing skills across cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience leading teams, delivering on various projects, and excelling under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the creative vision for all brand initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing and business strategies
  • Spearhead the creative process from conception to execution, providing innovative and inspiring direction to the creative team
  • Establish and maintain visual brand guidelines across all design, copy, and photography, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand identity
  • Continuously elevate our brand aesthetics, messaging, and strategies to foster sustainable growth and meet business targets
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Brand Creative team and the Art Director, fostering a culture of creative excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of creative talent, ensuring the team is equipped to meet current and future demands
  • Conduct regular assessments of team structure and workflows, proposing and implementing tools and processes to optimize efficiency and results
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration, bridging gaps between teams to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work very closely and in sync with the Creative Operations Sr Manager to ensure the Operations team can receive great creative instructions on how to adhere to defined aesthetics and brand guidelines
  • Oversee the delivery of all creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor all phases of production, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and strategic goals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with and create unconventional visuals that push the brand forward
  • Ensure clarity and organization in project management tools, facilitating alignment and effective communication within the team
  • Lead the development of 360-degree integrated campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with art, production, design, and engineering teams to execute the creative vision and deliver impactful campaigns
  • Plan, create, and present powerful concepts and executions that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement
  • Uphold the values of creative excellence, problem-solving, and innovation in all aspects of the role
  • Continuously research and recommend new vendors, production companies, and designers to enhance our creative capabilities
  • Encourage a culture of creativity, exploring new ways to develop unique solutions that align with and evolve the brand
  • Effectively communicate the status of multiple projects, indicators, and releases through comprehensive reporting
  • Utilize key performance indicators and other metrics to assess the success of creative initiatives and inform future strategies
