Summary
Join Procore as a Senior Manager, GTM Technology & Process and take ownership of optimizing our GTM systems, including Salesforce, PRM, and others. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve processes and implement new capabilities. Requirements
- A minimum of 8+ years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud and related platforms, with a proven track record in business process optimization
- A minimum of 5+ yrs experience working as an enterprise product manager or similar role in an enterprise company
- End-to-end experience implementing PRM
- A deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process (Campaigns, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote) and supporting technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects from concept to delivery
- Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop scope requirements and defend systems capabilities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to interpret & translate requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing optimization and simplification of GTM experience (Sellers, Marketers, Customer Success, PS) in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal tools
- Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes, optimize existing technologies and methodologies that enhance GTM experience and simplification
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and handle inbound feature intakes, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner
- Provide expert guidance and training to users, promoting effective use of Salesforce and other GTM capabilities to achieve business goals
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience strategies
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
