Summary

Join Toast as a Senior Manager of Talent Management and lead the development and implementation of innovative talent management strategies. Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Talent Management, Performance Management and/or Talent Development with a Bachelor’s degree
  • The ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • A track record in developing and implementing pragmatic and innovative Talent Management practices and solutions
  • Proven experience working highly cross-functionally to design and develop scaled performance systems
  • Proactive use of best practice & insight, keeping up to date with latest trends
  • Experience with Talent Management Systems and the ability to provide strong business requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor external trends on talent and develop leading-edge capabilities to apply and create the best talent management practices for Toast aligned with Toast’s business needs
  • Work with Sr Director of Talent Development, PLT, and Total Rewards to create a consistent talent review and succession planning process that gives all leaders line of sight into the health of the talent pipeline
  • Work with People Analytics to determine appropriate talent metrics
  • In partnership with PSPs and cross-functional COE partners, design and implement successful annual cycle processes and ensure a consistent year over year approach that becomes the DNA of Toast
  • Ensure that succession plans for our senior most leaders are in place
  • Design talent processes and solutions that scale and adapt to Toast’s evolving talent needs
  • Provide business requirements for enabling succession planning systems
  • Partner with Talent Operations to ensure delivery at scale
