Summary

The job is for a Senior Manager of Training & Enablement at Alma, a rapidly growing mental health care provider. Requirements

• 6-8 years of work experience in an education, instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development role
• Experience with content management software and learning management software such as Guru, Docebo, and Articulate 360

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership to up-level training for existing workflows, establish norms for future workflows, and utilize tooling for learning needs
• Use adult learning principles and creativity to design and facilitate onboarding and training programs, micro-learning, learning assessments, and surveys
• Develop a QA program with a focus on impact and success metrics to determine achieved learning outcomes of the team and enhance organizational effectiveness
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on the organizational design of the Core Operations Training & Enablement team, leading to the hiring and future management of direct reports
• Motivate, lead, and develop the team to embrace a strong learning culture, owning the knowledge management strategy and supporting other learning projects across the Operations team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Start-up, operations, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
