Senior Manager of GTM Operations and Enablement in Worldwide

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic GTM Operations and Enablement Manager to lead our team and drive strategic execution of go-to-market initiatives. The manager will oversee the integration and optimization of GTM processes and technology, enhance operational efficiency, and spearhead enablement programs. They must have 6-8 years experience leading a GTM function and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• 6-8 years experience leading a GTM function (Sales/Marketing/Success/Partner)
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 functional and technical specialists to GTM objectives
• Leadership experience in Operations, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Expertise in process design, technology implementation, and GTM strategy execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee the GTM Operations and Enablement team, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across all GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships
• Develop and refine GTM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and optimize technology stack and tools related to GTM activities
• Lead the enablement initiatives by creating comprehensive training and development programs
• Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to drive company revenue targets
