Summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to join their rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The candidate will design, develop, implement and maintain enablement programs for seller competencies and Sales leader playbooks. They will also deliver in-person training for new hires and engage with key stakeholders to define needs and build standardized tooling. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of software/SaaS sales experience, 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience, and excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle software/SaaS sales experience and regular track record of exceeding quota
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company with a technical offering
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Force Management preferred
  • Program management experience delivering enablement programs with a proven impact to the business
  • Solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner tenures from individual contributor to senior leader
  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Have an enthusiastic β€˜roll up your sleeves’ mentality
  • Experienced and skilled at working remotely with an international team

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enablement content and programs focused on ensuring seller competencies
  • Deliver in-person training for new hire onboarding cohorts
  • Engage, persuade, and build alliances with key stakeholders involved in executing our Sales Process
  • Partner closely with our Solutions Engineering and CX organization to ensure that competencies focused on span the entire customer journey
  • Track and measure enablement program engagement and competency levels, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders

Benefits

Base compensation range for this role is $152,000 - $183,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process
