Summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement manager to join their rapidly growing team. The candidate will design, develop, implement, and maintain enablement programs for sales competencies, working closely with the Sales Leadership team and other customer-facing teams. They should have experience in sales enablement, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company, and possess excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle software/SaaS sales experience and regular track record of exceeding quota
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company with a technical offering
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Force Management preferred
  • Program management experience delivering enablement programs with a proven impact to the business
  • Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner tenures from individual contributor to senior leader
  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Have an enthusiastic β€˜roll up your sleeves’ mentality
  • Experienced and skilled at working remotely with an international team

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enablement content and programs focused on ensuring seller competencies
  • Deliver in-person training for new hire onboarding cohorts
  • Engage, persuade, and build alliances with key stakeholders involved in executing the Sales Process
  • Partner closely with the Solutions Engineering and CX organization to ensure that competencies focus on the entire customer journey
  • Track and measure enablement program engagement and competency levels, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders

Benefits

  • Base compensation range for this role is $146,000 - $175,000 CAD in Canada. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process
