Join DigiCert's Web Experience team as a Senior Manager, Web Programs and Operations! You will plan and execute key web initiatives, manage daily operations, and lead a team of specialists to ensure a seamless online experience. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication with internal and external partners. You'll work collaboratively with various teams to deliver a world-class web experience and contribute innovative ideas to drive engagement. This role reports to the Senior Director, Web Experience and Design.
Requirements
- Proven experience with over 10 years working on web programs with progressive experience in project management, digital marketing, or related fields
- Leadership experience 3+ years in a management role overseeing teams of four or more
- Proven track record working on large-scale B2B SaaS marketing websites
- Expertise in end-to-end web project management
- Hands-on experience and expert level understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
- Solid understanding of web development processes, content strategy, CMS platforms, SEO best practices, site performance optimization, accessibility standards, and UX design principles
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing frameworks
- Expert understanding of localization frameworks and processes to support a global website
- Demonstrated success juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work seamlessly with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Fearless, enthusiastic, and relentless attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and enable a team of talented Web Programs and Operations specialists and producers
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and execute global web initiatives to support business objectives
- Work within the Web Experience team, partnering with experience design and development, and peers across brand design, content and SEO and e-commerce to deliver a world-class web experience
- Collaborate with global teams and localization specialists to efficiently manage the website in a robust set of languages
- Partner with product and solution marketing, content, and design teams to launch new campaigns, solution hub pages, and while contributing innovative ideas to drive engagement and purchase intent
- Work closely with Web development and IT to maintain technical infrastructure, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless integrations within the broader marketing stack
- Establish and maintain governance processes—including project management, content management, version control, and brand/regulatory compliance
- Ensure site reliability, security, and adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Provide regular performance reports to marketing leadership, recommending optimization strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to enhance the overall brand experience and keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation
- Proactively contribute to project discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of web technologies and languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React) is a plus
- Familiar with industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint
- Experience with Asana is a plus
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline
- Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training
