Summary

Join BeyondTrust's growing Marketing team as a Senior Manager of Website Experience & Conversion Optimization! This newly created role requires driving continuous web and conversion optimization improvements. You will own the website performance strategy, conducting A/B and multivariate testing to boost conversion rates and lead generation. You'll identify user journey friction points and optimize the website experience across multiple languages and regions. This position demands strong experience with large, complex websites and a blend of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and strategic collaboration. Success involves cross-functional teamwork and close collaboration with the development team. Experience in cybersecurity is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in website optimization, UX/UI, CRO, or a related role
  • Experience working with a complex, global website
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and website governance tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Dubbot Google Optimize, Monside, Optimizely, Silktide, VWO)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, SEMrush, or similar toolsets
  • Familiarity with web design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not a developer role, but enough to communicate effectively with dev teams)
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, WordPress)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for continuous improvements, ensuring an intuitive, high-converting user experience
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates, engagement, and lead generation
  • Ensure site speed, mobile usability, and accessibility meet industry best practices
  • Monitor key website performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, time on page, conversion rates) and make data-driven recommendations
  • Identify friction points in the user journey and propose solutions to improve website usability and engagement
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to enhance the visual and functional aspects of the website
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimization of French, German, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish site localization
  • Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to understand user behavior and refine the website experience
  • Implement and optimize lead generation forms, CTAs, and landing pages
  • Work closely with the development team to implement changes and enhancements
  • Partner with content, SEO, and demand generation teams to align web updates with marketing goals, and to follow conversion paths all the way through
  • Regularly audit the site for outdated content, broken links, and missed optimization opportunities
  • Stay updated on web trends, CRO best practices, and competitor benchmarking

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working for a large/growing cybersecurity company, or within a related discipline
