Senior Manual QA

Summary

Join our team, the creators of OpenVPN, as a QA team member! You will be responsible for manual QA of our new and existing products. This role requires extensive web testing experience, networking knowledge, and familiarity with various technologies. Requirements

• At least 3 years of web testing experience
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP protocols, DNS, VPN, etc.)
• Experience with REST API
• Experience with databases (preferably NoSQL)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test design techniques, test cases, etc.)
• Experience with command line interface
• Experience with virtualization (AWS, DigitalOcean)
• Upper-intermediate English level, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test documentation
• Help to develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and report on test execution progress and results
• Participate in design and specification reviews and use this information to design test plans and drive test development
