Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Grafana) and experimentation platforms
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing, lift analysis, and statistical methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on driving business impact

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing and user data to identify trends and opportunities that enhance acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Partner with marketing teams to assess user behaviors and key lifecycle moments, creating strategies to drive high-value actions
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns and product features, measuring results against KPIs
  • Provide recommendations for campaign adjustments, ensuring scalable and repeatable success
  • Build and maintain dashboards and deep dive analysis to track marketing performance and key metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Referral, Engagement)
  • Conduct segmentation and cohort analysis to inform targeted, personalized marketing strategies
  • Partner with marketing and product stakeholders to align analytics insights with business goals, defining success metrics and measurement plans
  • Present findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify gaps in data infrastructure and collaborate with engineering to enhance data pipelines and automation
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by driving best practices in experimentation and analytics throughout the organization
