Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with analytics and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g. Domo or Tableau)
- Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting tracking and tagging
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics dashboards and reports in Domo to track and evaluate marketing performance with a focus on key metrics
- Leverage expertise in Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates; analyze traffic patterns; and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns
- Set up and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) to implement tags and tracking for new features, campaigns, and user interactions
- Partner with the marketing team to analyze campaign impact and provide recommendations to optimize ad spend, targeting, and content strategy
- Conduct in-depth analysis of lead generation trends, customer segmentation, and sales pipeline efficiency to inform campaign and product positioning
- Use data forecasting and predictive modeling to support strategic planning and budget allocation for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to maintain data integrity, manage pipelines, and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Gather and understand business requirements by meeting with marketing, sales, operations, and other stakeholders
- Mentor stakeholders and analysts to develop in-house analytics capabilities
- Recommend and shape the analytics technology stack to enhance insights into performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Data Analyst in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with strong focus on marketing analytics
- Experience with SQL and data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake
- Master's degree in relevant field of study
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and digital advertising tools
- Proven track record of leading complex projects to completion and achieving business objectives
- Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills
