Summary

Join Centric Software, a leading provider of AI-powered concept-to-commercialization solutions, as a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Core Markets strategy across EMEA. You will report to the EMEA Marketing Director and lead a team of six, driving market penetration, generating high-impact leads, and positioning Centric as a top platform. Responsibilities include crafting and executing marketing roadmaps, designing and executing demand generation programs, partnering with Key Account Managers on ABM programs, identifying new growth opportunities, and leading and coaching your team. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise tech, proven leadership skills, strong analytical and data-driven abilities, and fluency in English. This is a remote-first role with flexible travel and a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years in B2B Marketing
  • Ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech, with hands-on experience across Europe
  • From strategic positioning to demand generation, you understand what drives sales and adoption in complex B2B ecosystems
  • Proven success managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong skills in budget planning, campaign analytics, and data-driven storytelling
  • Fluent in English
  • You’re analytical, creative, results-driven — and you know how to make things happen

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a marketing roadmap for Core EMEA markets, fully aligned with global business objectives and laser-focused on pipeline growth
  • Design and execute high-performing, multichannel demand generation programs — combining digital campaigns, high targeted strategy, flagship industry tradeshows, and immersive VIP events across Europe — to turn interest into qualified pipeline. Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest innovations, including AI-powered tools and data-driven insights, to optimize targeting, personalization, and conversion at every stage
  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers to design and execute personalized, account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive engagement, expansion, and long-term value
  • Identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and powerful partnerships with technology partners, local medias and market associations to fuel expansion
  • Empower, inspire, and coach your team of 6 rockstar marketers to do their best work and grow with you
  • Own the marketing budget, track key KPIs, and continuously optimize for ROI — no fluff, just impact
  • Stay ahead of the curve on competitor moves, customer trends, and market innovation
  • Develop relevant, sharp, and audience-first messaging that speaks directly to industry pain points and aspirations, highlighting trends like sustainability, DTC transformation, supply chain resilience, and unified commerce
  • Collaborate with global product marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams to bring consistent messaging and customer value at every touchpoint
