Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in enterprise B2B marketing with a strong revenue impact
  • Proven success in full-funnel, account-based programs that Sales teams value
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, 6sense, and AI tech
  • Analytical mindset, campaign optimization skills, and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline and revenue through bold, measurable campaigns
  • Use AI to deliver hyper-personalized, scalable outreach
  • Align with Sales to target accounts, accelerate deals, and improve handoffs
  • Build and lead multi-channel ABM programs with 6sense and Marketing Cloud
  • Create mid- and bottom-funnel programs to shorten sales cycles and boost win rates
  • Collaborate across Product Marketing, Field, Brand, and Ops
  • Own and improve metrics like CAC, pipeline velocity, and attribution
