Join Zensurance, a scale-up InsurTech company, as a Paid Search Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth by leading and executing the paid search marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major platforms
  • Budget Management: Experience managing multi-million dollar paid search budgets
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce. Familiarity with other marketing technologies and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Optimize) is a plus
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute impactful paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), and other relevant platforms
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across thousands of keywords and verticals. Leverage data insights to enhance bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Dive deep into performance data, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards (e.g., Looker) to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to refine reporting and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving paid search landscape, including new ad formats, targeting options, and platform updates. Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Google Tag Manager and Salesforce
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign elements and explore new growth opportunities. Stay ahead of the curve by testing emerging platforms and advertising technologies
  • Work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure alignment between paid search strategies and overall marketing objectives. Communicate effectively to share insights and performance updates
