Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in digital marketing
  • Marketing automation and CRM expertise, with a tool-agnostic mindset and interest in learning new systems. Some of the tools that Wellthy uses include Hubspot, Webflow, ZoomInfo, Sakari, Contentful, and Salesforce
  • Expertise in marketing database management including managing data quality and enrichment
  • Experience working with growth marketing teams on executing paid marketing strategy, lead generation, and campaigns
  • Highly organized with a love for process and an incredible eye for detail
  • Great attitude, agile, and a true team player with excellent communication skills
  • Startup mentality: ability to navigate in an evolving environment, balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once; must possess the ability to be flexible as projects and priorities change
  • To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee email marketing, campaign, and automation activities across Wellthy’s member, employer and health plan audiences
  • Manage and support all aspects of campaign execution, production, segmentation, testing, and reporting
  • Partner with content, design, communications, and client success teams to execute effective and tailored campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement activities
  • Manage and optimize the configuration, customization, and daily management of our marketing platform to ensure alignment with business needs, including managing users, permissions, workflows, data integrations, data quality, and CRM maintenance
  • Serve as a core member of the digital team maintaining and expanding wellthy.com, leveraging innovative low-code solutions to build and evolve our brand pages while ensuring our digital presence remains fresh and compelling across our website
  • Lead efforts to enhance or evolve Wellthy’s marketing tech stack, setting objectives, keeping stakeholders informed, and managing timelines
  • Manage vendor contractor relationships, including third party development support for technical projects (e.g., scoping, timelines, communication, and testing)
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and manage integrations between marketing systems, CRMs, and our data warehouse, ensuring go-to-market (GTM) teams have the data and insights they need
  • Help the team refine our internal processes to enable efficiency, scale and quality
  • Proactively monitor ongoing campaign performance, deliverability, and overall account reputation to ensure our emails are reaching the inbox
  • Drive improvements in conversion through segmentation and A/B tests with actionable outcomes
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing operations, executing changes, maintaining documentation, training personnel, and informing stakeholders of operational impacts
  • Partner in the full lifecycle of lead generation - from initial capture through sales handoff - working closely with sales enablement to integrate new leads and design targeted campaigns that expand and nurture Wellthy's growth pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Test and learn mentality; experience with A/B testing preferred
  • Understanding of modern data infrastructure, basic data analytics methodologies, and experience working with in-house data teams

  • Salary Range: $84,000-$110,000 per year
