Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Requirements

• University or college degree and/or equivalent experience
• Intermediate English language knowledge (min.B2)
• Several years of experience in Oracle database administration

Responsibilities

• Support various versions of Oracle Databases 12c/18c/19c on various platforms Exadata,Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and Google Cloud Platform
• Implement the existing best practices in database management in a PaaS mode (platform support, installation, administration, monitoring)
• Provide maintenance of databases to include the following: backups, disaster recovery, database support, access management, patch management
• Manage HA and DR capabilities in Oracle environment, including replication and clustering technologies
• Performance tuning, alerting & monitoring, server configuration
• Participate in migration projects (cloud, on-prem migrations)
• Provide on-call support
• Daily cooperation with different teams and customers
