Summary

Join Session Media, an award-winning B2B marketing agency, as a Performance Marketing Manager. You will plan and execute large-scale LinkedIn and Google campaigns, monitor campaign performance against KPIs, and ensure effective channel utilization for maximum client ROI/ROAS. Responsibilities include creating monthly client reports, managing client communications, identifying account inefficiencies, implementing optimization strategies, and collaborating with the creative team. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of B2B SaaS performance marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Google/Microsoft suite and GA4. Requirements

  • UK-based
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector
  • Strong knowledge of the full Google/Microsoft suite (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
  • Proven experience managing and growing paid media campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4)
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and mathematical skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A balanced analytical and creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute large-scale LinkedIn & Google Campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid campaigns against KPIs, implementing new strategies and tests across channels
  • Ensure the most effective channels are utilised to maximise client performance and achieve the best ROI/ROAS
  • Create monthly reports for clients, showcasing key insights and performance data using Google Analytics, CRM systems and internal dashboards
  • Manage client communications and liaise with both internal and external teams
  • Identify inefficiencies in accounts and implement optimisation strategies
  • Implement platform specific tracking (primarily through Tag Manager)
  • Collaborate with the copy & design team to develop creative assets and compelling ad copy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Meta & Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience using landing page tools such as Unbounce
  • Any relevant marketing qualifications or certifications
  • Experience with project management tools
