Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Amazon
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, tracking methodologies, and pixel/tag implementation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media buying strategies that align with company KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design cross-channel campaigns
  • Perform competitive analysis and audience research to inform targeting strategies
  • Lead the purchasing and negotiation of digital ad placements across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and Amazon
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and tracking in platforms like Google Tag Manager
  • Oversee the launch and optimization of campaigns, ensuring pacing and performance targets are met
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, creative, and ad placements to maximize performance
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • A/B testing of ads to improve conversion rate, increase customer value, and drive down customer acquisition cost

  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, platforms, and technology partners
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and placements with media partners to maximize value and efficiency
  • Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure that campaigns deliver within cost parameters while achieving the best possible ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with programmatic media buying platforms
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and data-driven targeting strategies
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital platforms
