Paid Media Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

Envision Horizons is seeking a US-based, remote Paid Media Manager with 3-5 years of media experience, 2+ years of Amazon Advertising experience, and at least 2 years of people management experience. The role involves managing multiple PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon, providing strategic guidance, optimizing advertising efforts, and offering clients regular reports and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 3-5 years of media experience
• 2+ years of Amazon Advertising experience
• Proficient in Excel & SQL
• Certified in all Amazon Ads
• Certified in Amazon AMC
• At least 2 years of people management experience
• Understanding of advertising attribution and brand building
• Knowledge of LTV and Amazon P&L
• Experience presenting to senior-level clients and setting expectations
• Experience managing a monthly ad budget of $1M or more
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Building comprehensive media plans
• Supervising paid search specialists and analysts
• Understanding full-funnel strategy and its impact on a brand’s P&L
• Assisting with new business pitches by defining strategic plans for client action
• Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the PPC team and Client Service team
• Developing and implementing testing strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI
• Leading bi-weekly reviews to help clients understand their ad performance
• Participating in quarterly business reviews to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their ad performance
• Collaborating with the development team to enhance our internal analytics software, myHorizons
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon Advertising and e-commerce

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of DSP media experience is a plus
• Digital marketing buying experience on Google, Meta, or other platforms is a plus
