Summary

The Senior Paid Media Strategist at iLawyer/1Point21 Interactive will manage lead generation campaigns across various platforms, develop strategies, analyze performance data, and collaborate with designers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in paid media management, specifically in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and a background in legal, home services, or medical industries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably within a high-growth digital marketing agency setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PPC, OTT, Retargeting, and Social campaigns in legal, home services, or medical. Legal is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in Google Analytics and/or similar analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and technologies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Local Service Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
  • Responsible for strategic input and oversight of PPC campaigns driving growth objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with client objectives
  • Develop and present client-facing documents for both strategy and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with designers to develop ad messaging and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and landing page optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to deliver effectively and achieve overall goals
  • Strategically perform A/B tests for ads and landing pages to generate qualified leads; hypothesize, measure, report, and advise on future implementation of learnings
  • Monitor and forecast campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics
