Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, preferably in the security, SaaS, or technology space
- Has a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and driving co-marketing initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level planning with hands-on execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (SFDC, Pardot, Demandbase, Sprout Social, Asana)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives joint revenue opportunities
- Design and execute regional or vertical-specific campaigns in collaboration with key partners, tailoring messages and tactics for maximum impact
- Collaborate with product marketing and partners to develop differentiated messaging and joint value propositions tailored to specific market segments or verticals
- Develop frameworks for compelling marketing materials, sales enablement content, and partner training resources to strengthen go-to-market efforts
- Collaborate with partners and customer success teams to source joint customer case studies and testimonials for use in marketing campaigns and sales enablement
- Design and implement pipeline-generating programs, including demand generation campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and partner sales enablement
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing and partner teams to launch joint marketing campaigns and solutions that drive customer adoption and engagement
- Plan and execute both sponsored and hosted events and webinars with our partner ecosystem. Including, but not limited to: annual tradeshows, field events, virtual events and executive dinners
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners to ensure alignment on objectives and execution of marketing activities
- Act as the internal advocate for key partners by communicating partner strategy, wins, and pipeline impact to sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Support the development and evolution of Pindropโs partner programs, including partner tiering, incentive structures, and joint business planning to scale partner engagement and marketing impact
- Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF, ensuring efficient use of funds to drive maximum ROI through strategic campaigns and activities
