Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing roles with a focus on bringing brands to life, growth initiatives, campaign ideation & delivery, and client lifecycle
- Experience working with agencies and central in-house team to deliver key initiatives
- Successfully led projects or teams, even small ones, and delivered impact
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar (postgrad a plus but not essential)
- A proven track record in marketing i.e. you’ve scaled campaigns, boosted our presence, and made a measurable difference
- Deep experience across multi-channel marketing especially Local brand, CRM, digital, social, content & events
- A bias for action and a hands-on mindset i.e. you don’t just delegate; you get involved
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front – Own and execute our Australian marketing programs across digital, CRM, social, brand, and events. You’ll have the freedom and support to make it happen
- Drive acquisition and retention – Launch campaigns that bring in new clients and keep existing ones engaged and active. You'll know exactly what works—and double down on it
- Build a brand people remember – Make Pepperstone stand out with smart storytelling, compelling content, and consistent messaging across every channel
- Work hands-on, every day – You’re not afraid to get into the details i.e. building emails, testing landing pages, optimising paid ads, managing vendors, and jumping in wherever needed
- Collaborate to win – Partner with sales, product, and operations to create a seamless experience from first touchpoint to loyal client
- Test, learn, scale – Work alongside our central marketing performance team to leverage data to tweak, optimise, and level up campaigns. Nothing is set and forget here
- Grow a high-performing team – Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented local team, keeping energy high and goals clear
