You will be responsible for defining and executing partner marketing strategies, fostering strong partnerships, creating engaging content, managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and seeking new partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in partner marketing, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a data-driven approach. This is a remote-first position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, partner marketing or related roles ideally in a B2B environment. Proven track record of independently driving and executing successful partner marketing initiatives
- Strategic Ownership: You are self-starting and can work independently in taking full ownership of projects from ideation to execution. You can give examples of full projects youโve owned end to end
- Hands On Execution: Recent experience delivering copywriting, email marketing, events, webinars, PR, social media, and sales enablement are all assets. You are familiar with GTM and analytics tools like Hubspot, Customer.io, Intercom, Google Analytics, PostHog, Looker, or similar
- Project Management: Exceptional capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from start to finish and on time
- Communication & Content Creation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of successful content creation
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing high-value relationships. You understand how to ensure both sides are happy and see the value in our relationship
- Outcome & Data-Driven: You can set the right targets and track them using a data-driven mindset. You are able to measure your impact, run experiments and consistently improve
- Adaptability & Experimentation: Experimentation is something you love and are able to adapt and change quickly as you learn more about your work and measure outcomes
Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Partner Marketing Strategy & Playbook: Take complete ownership of our partner marketing function from strategy to execution. Youโll define how we get to our goals
- Build & Foster Strong Partnerships: Be Puzzle's main point of contact for our marketing partnership and build win-win relationships that instill confidence in Puzzle. Youโll need to find ways to create clear, measurable value for both Puzzle, and our partners that drive greater investment in partnerships
- Content Creation & Campaign Management: Create and execute high-impact partner campaigns including events, webinars, blog posts, case studies, and email initiatives. You'll own the full process from planning to delivery
- Project Management: Lead partner marketing projects from start to finish ensuring we are accountable to our partners and outcomes. This will be a highly collaborative role with a need to collaborate with leadership and your peers
- Prioritization & Optimization: Youโll manage competing priorities sequencing the most important work, while setting clear KPIs, tracking outcomes, and continuously improving based on data. To start youโll be optimizing for user acquisition
- Seek Partnership Opportunities: Find new ways to work with partners that benefit both sides - whether that's joint sales efforts, product bundles, or creative collaborations that help us grow together
