Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in a partner-facing role

  • Self-starter mentality with the drive to proactively manage accounts and identify new growth opportunities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proficiency with CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, manage, and grow Pipe's partners
  • Proactively manage accounts, produce project plans, implement and track milestones to monitor partnership success
  • Meet with our partners on an ongoing basis, understand their current and future problems and requirements
  • Help alliance partners upskill their sales team and reseller partners
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships to monitor the success of alliances, scope and produce business cases on how we can grow such accounts
