Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in a partner-facing role
- Technical understanding with the ability to work with Product and Engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to proactively manage accounts and identify new growth opportunities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proficiency with CRM software
Responsibilities
- Onboard, manage, and grow Pipe's partners
- Proactively manage accounts, produce project plans, implement and track milestones to monitor partnership success
- Meet with our partners on an ongoing basis, understand their current and future problems and requirements
- Help alliance partners upskill their sales team and reseller partners
- Work with the Head of Partnerships to monitor the success of alliances, scope and produce business cases on how we can grow such accounts
