Summary

Join SentinelOne as a People Business Partner Sr. Manager and partner with senior leadership to design, implement, and scale impactful organizational strategies. Lead large-scale organizational transformations, assess current structures, and drive organizational effectiveness through agile structures. Develop frameworks for job architecture and workforce planning, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies and utilize data-driven insights for workforce needs. Guide leaders through organizational change, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement across People processes. Leverage People analytics and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 10–12+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Design and People Transformation roles, preferably in high-growth or complex environments
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale org design and transformation projects with measurable business impact
  • Deep expertise in organizational structures, workforce planning, and change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, Agile HR, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite and senior executives
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using People analytics, workforce planning tools, and experience using Workday a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, including workforce alignment and new operating model implementations
  • Assess current organizational structures, workflows, and roles, identifying opportunities for optimization. Reviewing span of control across the functions
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by implementing agile, scalable structures aligned with business growth and industry trends
  • Develop frameworks for job architecture, career paths, and workforce planning to enhance employee engagement and talent retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning People and business strategies to enable company goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions during org transformations
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate workforce needs, headcount planning, and talent deployment
  • Guide leaders through organizational change, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions
  • Provide coaching to executives and managers on leading teams through change and fostering a resilient, high-performance culture
  • Drive continuous improvement across People processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and alignment with business needs
  • Leverage People analytics, benchmarking, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making
  • Partner with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams to align people strategies with business transformation efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech, finance, healthcare, or other fast-scaling industries
  • Certifications in Org Design (e.g., Org Design Institute, HR Certification Institute) or Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
  • Strong facilitation skills for executive workshops and workforce transformation sessions
  • Experience working with global teams
