Summary

Join Storyblok as a Technology Partner Manager and contribute to the growth of our technology partner ecosystem. You will support existing partnerships, expand our network, and foster productive relationships with technology partners. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of tools and processes that enable successful partner engagement. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of our integration portfolio, nurturing relationships with technology partners, and assisting with joint initiatives. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or sales (preferably in SaaS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing within the SaaS ecosystem
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to identify key priorities and support integration efforts that align with business needs
  • Interest in building and maintaining productive, professional relationships with technology partners
  • Familiarity with or interest in sales and business development principles, especially in the SaaS industry
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about account mapping tools and their implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve shared objectives

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the technology partner and their product teams to support the growth of our integration portfolio by offering support and resources that can lead to external development of new external integrations
  • Gather and share feedback from customers and internal teams to help refine external integrations
  • Assist in ensuring external integrations align with overall business goals and GTM efforts
  • Help nurture relationships with technology partners by maintaining regular communication and assisting with joint initiatives such as online or in person events, marketing collateral etc
  • Provide support for solution partner sales motions through coordination with technology partners
  • Assist in building simple GTM strategies with partners, including co-selling efforts
  • Support the presentation of Storyblok’s value proposition to technology partners
  • Assist in tracking partner-driven opportunities and ensuring compliance with the Storyblok partner program
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to account mapping and planning tools is a plus
