Summary

Join Valon as an Executive Office Senior Specialist and support our servicing operations by researching, responding to, and resolving customer complaints. You will advocate for homeowners, understand their feedback, and suggest solutions. This role requires effective issue resolution, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and liaison between homeowners and internal teams. You will monitor complaint notices and complete additional tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of complaints-processing experience, regulatory agency complaint handling experience, and familiarity with Zendesk, NICE, and Google Suite. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Research homeowner complaints and execute or recommend solutions
  • Effectively resolve homeowner issues
  • Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including state and/or regional requirements
  • Liaison between the homeowner and applicable lines of the business
  • Monitor complaint notices on various portals
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of complaints-processing experience
  • Previous experience handling complaints by regulatory agencies
  • Previous experience with Zendesk, NICE, and Google Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
