This remote role, based in the Central or Eastern time zones, focuses on driving new business growth within a defined territory (MI, OH, IN, IL, MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE) by securing new clients and expanding existing partnerships. You will cultivate sales opportunities, expand your product knowledge, and develop strategic sales plans. The position requires proficiency in virtual presentations, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and data analysis. Your passion for education and commitment to providing value-driven insights will make a real difference in classrooms nationwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Clinical Sales or Ed Tech sales (Special Education or Psychology background preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Skilled at building rapport with customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Proficient in delivering web-based presentations and utilizing PowerPoint for impactful sales engagements
- Collaborative and able to work across departments to achieve sales goals
- Competent in using CRM systems like HubSpot and Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze and report sales data
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross selling our innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities ensuring a steady stream of upsell, cross-sell, new business and renewal opportunities
- Expand your knowledge of Riverside clinical products by attending product training sessions and demonstrating proficiency in product presentations
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with departmental objectives and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed to address shortfalls
- Conduct regular virtual sales presentations and maintain a consistent cadence of customer engagement activities
- Leverage CRM tools to capture, track, and analyze sales activities and pipeline data, driving smarter decision-making and customer insights
