Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Expert at critical and adaptive thinking
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, working in a fast-paced environment, meeting established deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A high degree of accuracy; detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the appropriate network and account set-up for new programs
  • Complete, submit, and retain all necessary documentation and reports to Networks to support payments programs
  • Administer network portals and provisions internal staff and partners
  • Register applicable third parties with networks
  • Drive annual network renewal processes
  • Update and educate stakeholders on network rules and operating procedures as needed
  • Contribute in meetings and keep team members informed of relevant tasks and issues including status, dependencies and expected timelines for completion
  • Review network forms from partners and processors for completeness and accuracy prior to network submission
  • Update internal configuration system to reflect network setups
  • Utilize internal case system to communicate and document network tasks within established timeframes
  • Utilize tools and resources to navigate questions and processes
  • Navigate day-to-day tasks independently
  • Serve as an experienced resource for other team members to navigate requests
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for network fundamentals
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive solutions
  • Other duties as assigned
