Summary

Join Feedzai's People Experience Team as a Senior People Experience Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring smooth and engaging employee experiences globally. You will own and optimize processes across the employee lifecycle, serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless and compliant processes. This role involves identifying and improving workflow inefficiencies, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, leading or supporting audits and compliance processes, and mentoring junior team members. You will foster a collaborative and feedback-driven culture, proposing people-centric improvements. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role, strong knowledge of HR systems and process automation, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a People Experience, People Operations, or similar HR-focused role
  • English proficiency
  • Proven experience supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, tools, and process automation. (Experience with Jira and HiBob will be a plus)
  • Experience with audits, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, benefits, performance, engagement, offboarding, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and needs
  • Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless and compliant processes
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and help automate or improve them
  • Contribute to and sometimes lead employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead or support internal audits and compliance processes
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior People Experience team members
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture
  • Use a critical eye to review current practices and propose thoughtful, people-centric improvements
