Summary
Join EvenUp, a rapidly growing generative AI startup, as a Regional Manager (Southeast) to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will oversee lead generation, optimize sales processes, and report on team performance. This role requires 3-4 years of experience leading SDR teams in a high-growth SaaS environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and analytical abilities. Requirements
- 3-4 years leading a team of SDRs in a high-growth, SaaS environment
- Proven experience as an SDR in a high-growth, SaaS environment, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing SDR teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and drive data-driven decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Proficiency with relevant sales and lead generation tools/software (we use HubSpot!)
- Must reside in the Southeast Region (FL, GA, SC, AL, MS, AR, LA)
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed lead generation and qualification targets
- Optimize outbound lead generation processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead-generation strategies
- Establish performance metrics and regularly monitor SDR team performance against set goals
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management regarding lead generation activities and results
- Collaborate closely with our broader Sales and Growth teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment of strategies
- Work with Growth to develop and refine ideal customer profiles and targeting strategies
