Summary

Requirements

  • 3-4 years leading a team of SDRs in a high-growth, SaaS environment
  • Proven experience as an SDR in a high-growth, SaaS environment, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing SDR teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Proficiency with relevant sales and lead generation tools/software (we use HubSpot!)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed lead generation and qualification targets
  • Optimize outbound lead generation processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead-generation strategies
  • Establish performance metrics and regularly monitor SDR team performance against set goals
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management regarding lead generation activities and results
  • Collaborate closely with our broader Sales and Growth teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment of strategies
  • Work with Growth to develop and refine ideal customer profiles and targeting strategies
