Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio or release management, project management or operations (Learning and Development experience a plus)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a release strategy that aligns with the overall portfolio roadmap and organizational priorities
- Develop the GLD services and offering release lifecycle from intake through to market delivery. Oversee multiple releases across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Lead the end to end release process across multiple teams (e.g., development, operations, sales, communications, support) to ensure all aspects of the release are on track. Manage release risks and issues, proactively addressing any roadblocks to ensure timely delivery
- Create and enforce clear release governance and standards across GLD. Implement tools and methodologies to streamline release planning and execution
- Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders to align on priorities and resolve conflicts. Ensure resource allocation aligns with capacity planning and organizational goals
