• In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to effectively interpret data and make informed decisions
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate the unique challenges of the crypto industry
• Experience in handling substantial advertising budgets and optimizing spend to achieve strategic objectives
• Leadership qualities to eventually manage and guide a team, even potentially from scratch, as the company grows

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPC strategies across multiple platforms tailored to the crypto market to maximize conversions and visibility
• Allocate and manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend for maximum ROI
• Continuously analyze performance metrics, adjusting campaigns through A/B testing, keyword management, and bid strategies to enhance results
• Generate detailed performance reports for key stakeholders, offering insights and strategic recommendations
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to better understand market dynamics and leverage new opportunities for campaign improvement
