Join Bloomreach as a Senior Pricing & Monetization Analyst and become the right-hand person to the Head of Pricing & Packaging, playing a key role in shaping the company's commercial strategy. You will lead strategic pricing initiatives, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. Requirements

  • Consulting expertise: 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with demonstrated success in analytical problem-solving and project execution
  • Strategic mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Commercial aptitude: A passion for commercial strategy, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools
  • Collaborative approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven track-record of working across cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality: Highly organized, scrappy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic pricing initiatives: Design and implement pricing, packaging, and discounting strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and refine price quality: Develop and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and identify areas for optimization
  • Support deal execution: Provide analytical insights to optimize deal structure, pricing, and negotiation strategies
  • Conduct competitive market analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for us to maintain our competitive edge
  • Develop pricing enablement tools: Create and maintain pricing collateral, tools, and frameworks to support Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams
  • Shape new product monetization: Devise commercial strategy for new product launches, from value research to SKU deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in pricing or monetization is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous
