Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders across a variety of disciplines (Clinical Lab, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing) to implement new product features and execute assay launches
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope and build requirements, prioritize software enhancements in support of internal operations and test delivery
• Act as a subject matter expert on operational implementation of new assays and enhancements to the existing suite of Tempus Genomic tests
• Identify and respond to project issues and risks; own and provide expedient follow through to action or resolution and communicate appropriately
• Report project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadership
• Propose and build new workflows to solve problems and support operational needs
• Own stakeholder communication, expectations management, timelines, and the end-to-end project plan for a variety of projects
