Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product, or a related field with a focus on GTM and Sales systems, process, and technology
- At least 5 years of experience overseeing Salesforce platform, sales automation, and GTM tools such as Gong and Demandbase
- Demonstrated success in driving business process improvements and revenue outcomes through technology and operational strategies
- Strategic and analytical mindset with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
- Collaborative and relationship-driven leader with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to changing priorities
- Passion for technology-driven efficiency, continuous improvement, and process optimization
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business process improvements and system enhancements for key GTM tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, and Demandbase
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system enhancements align with revenue goals and organizational objectives
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales automation tools to drive efficiency in the sales process and improve GTM outcomes
- Develop and maintain scalable processes that support revenue generation and improve data integrity across GTM systems
- Architect solutions for process enhancements, leveraging technology to optimize workflows and support Procoreβs growth
- Serve as the point person for the GTM organization in system-related decisions, representing our team in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Provide analytical insights by turning data into actionable recommendations to guide business decisions
- Occasionally travel to collaborate in person with team members and stakeholders, as needed
