Join Included Health as a Sr. Procurement Specialist and manage procurement activities, enhancing supplier relationships, and making cost-effective purchasing decisions. You will source and vet vendors, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with company goals. Reporting to the Director, Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor relationship management, and performance tracking. Requirements
- 2+ years of procurement or sourcing experience
- Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and resolution skills
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Workday, Coupa, SAP)
- Comfort balancing priorities across multiple projects
- Experience with building strong, trusting relationships across teams
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
- Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier selection, negotiations, and purchase order execution
- Maintain vendor relationships, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with internal company policies
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing efforts
- Lead category management projects, including quarterly business reviews with team members
- Track procurement performance metrics and report on important trends
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other teams to align procurement strategies with our goals
- Help refine procurement policies, intake workflows, approval processes and leading continuous improvements in the Procurement workflow
