Summary

Join Included Health as a Sr. Procurement Specialist and manage procurement activities, enhancing supplier relationships, and making cost-effective purchasing decisions. You will source and vet vendors, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with company goals. This role requires a data-informed approach, experience in supplier management, and process improvement skills. Reporting to the Director, Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor relationship management, and performance tracking. Requirements

  • 2+ years of procurement or sourcing experience
  • Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and resolution skills
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Workday, Coupa, SAP)
  • Comfort balancing priorities across multiple projects
  • Experience with building strong, trusting relationships across teams
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier selection, negotiations, and purchase order execution
  • Maintain vendor relationships, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with internal company policies
  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing efforts
  • Lead category management projects, including quarterly business reviews with team members
  • Track procurement performance metrics and report on important trends
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other teams to align procurement strategies with our goals
  • Help refine procurement policies, intake workflows, approval processes and leading continuous improvements in the Procurement workflow
