Join DEPT® as a Senior Producer and play a key role in turning visions into reality for various clients. You will lead the creation of high-value digital experiences, managing mid-sized to large projects with budgets up to $2 million. This remote position requires a minimum of 7 years of digital project management experience, including 5 years independently leading complex projects. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital project management with at least 5 years of experience independently leading complex projects
- Experience managing singular digital production engagements of $1 million or more

Responsibilities
- Manage mid-sized and large systematic projects with budgets up to $2 million
- Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements, and provide interactive marketing insights and strategy
- Define the approach, structure and scope (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget) of complex digital, interactive, and brand projects, with multiple work streams
- Liaise with assigned partners and manage third party vendors
- Ensure the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget, on brief and of the highest quality
- Serve as primary client contact for projects, managing expectations and proactively identifying business growth opportunities
- Lead internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives
- Travel as necessary for client engagements and general business purposes
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Interactive agency experience or digital production experience within a full-service agency is preferred
