Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join 1Password as a Senior Product Designer and drive impactful design work across key initiatives, balancing product-led growth experiments with foundational UX improvements. You will optimize the user journey to unlock new revenue, refine onboarding experiences, and reduce friction by enhancing existing features. Collaborate with Design Research, Product Management, and Engineering teams to create intuitive experiences for customers. Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company
• A portfolio of recent project work demonstrating your craft, design process, impact to users, and business results
• Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research insights
• Proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Strong problem solving and product thinking and ability to make informed decisions with user research, data, and a clear point of view
• Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
• Ability to think strategically about the direction of the product and its impact on the business
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and guide a team towards achieving design goals
• Experience in mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback to foster their growth
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Content Design, and User Research to explore, develop, and ship your designs
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders and balancing their needs with user requirements
• Experience working in agile development environments and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Strong ownership, ability to work independently, and with a growth mindset
• Proficiency with Figma and understanding of design systems and using component libraries

• Lead design projects and guide a team towards achieving design goals
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Content Design, and User Research to explore, develop, and ship your designs
• Manage stakeholders and balance their needs with user requirements
• Work in agile development environments and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
