Summary
Join our Product & Engineering team as a Product Designer specializing in AI and ML. You will design user-centered solutions for a performance management platform used by global enterprises. This role involves all design stages, from concept to execution, impacting real-world results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The position requires 5+ years of UI/UX design experience and proficiency in Figma. Requirements
- 5+ years in UI/UX, product, or interaction design for business applications
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong knowledge of usability, UX best practices, and visual design for web and mobile
- Proven ability to create compelling, user-centered designs for web and mobile (portfolio required)
- Rapid prototyping and iteration skills for discovery and early feedback
- Experience effectively solving product challenges from concept to execution
- Background in large-scale e2e information architecture transformation projects
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and robust teamwork skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and customers for input and feedback
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, easy-to-use solutions for users at all levels
- Own your work from concept to execution
- Approach problems with curiosity and a growth-focused mindset, working through all phases of the design process
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define and deliver solutions to complex problems
- Conduct rapid prototyping and iteration based on product requirements and stakeholder/user feedback
- Communicate optimal user experiences through data insights, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design artifacts
- Proactively identify and implement design changes and improvements to enhance functionality
- Work closely with enterprise users to understand their needs and address them in the design process
- Stay current with new technologies to help the team integrate AI and ML into user solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Framer, Origami, etc
- Experience with B2B Enterprise, SaaS, and agile development
- Degree in graphic design, HCI, cognitive science, or related field
