Join Level Access, a leader in digital accessibility, as a Senior Product Designer. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital accessibility technology products, working closely with designers and cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in designing various digital tools, including web-based applications, native applications, and plugins
- At least 4 years of experience leading and adopting design systems
- Highly skilled in communicating intent and meaning through visual language. Able to translate branding into UI/UX
- Expertise in information architecture and understanding of hierarchy
- Advanced understanding of using data to inform the design of digital tools and products
- Advanced knowledge of UX research practices with proficiency in various user testing methods and tools, such as Maze
- Strong experience in collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in agile environments
- Excellent at achieving design team level and cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive and accessible user interfaces for our digital accessibility technology products
- Lead the development and adoption of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform
- Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create effective design solutions
- Lead user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs
- Contribute to both short- and long-term design strategy from end customer perspective
- Mentor other designers and provide design reviews and support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in design discovery, including problem framing
- Experience in effective content design for UI/UX
- Knowledge of service design principles and practices
- Mastery of design principles, usability principles, and standard methodologies
- Understanding of digital accessibility in design
