Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join iDoctus as their first dedicated designer and contribute to the design and development of their clinical decision support app used by over 600,000 healthcare professionals globally. You will be a full member of the engineering and product team, collaborating closely with engineers. The role requires a strong product vision, deep user empathy, and the ability to lead projects from discovery to delivery. You will drive end-to-end product design, develop intuitive user experiences, and advocate for user-centric solutions. The position offers a full-time, permanent contract with 100% remote work flexibility and various benefits.

Requirements

• Ability to lead projects and drive them to completion
• Strong product vision and ability to align design with business objectives
• Deep empathy and ability to understand user needs across different stakeholders
• Solid UX/UI expertise, ensuring your designs are both intuitive and effective
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate English skills

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design, from user research to final UI implementation
• Contribute to defining and leading solutions to make iDoctus even better
• Develop intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user experiences
• Researching, defining, and refining user problems
• Improve and maintaining the design system
• Advocate for user-centric solutions, ensuring our products are both functional and engaging
• Support, mentor, and learn from fellow team members
• Communicate clearly and effectively with teammates
• Contribute to and maintain documentation in Notion and other relevant platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Background in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry
