Summary

The Senior Product Designer at Rocket Money's Platform team will craft the design and user experience of their app, owning key platform features like onboarding flows, bank linking, and account management functionality. The role requires at least 6 years of experience in UX design, proficiency in Figma, problem-solving skills, empathy, open-mindedness, collaboration, and an optional understanding of how design translates into code.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma (our tool of choice at Rocket Money)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to refine and implement Rocket Money's platform features
• Own and manage major feature areas within the Rocket Money application, ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Partner with sister companies within Rocket to enhance product cohesion and innovation
• Create and test prototypes with the Research team to validate user needs and improve design solutions
• Innovate continuously, proposing new ways for users to engage with Rocket Money's services
