Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Stash's Product Design team as a Senior Product Designer to enhance the Stash app and onboarding experiences. You will champion user-centered design, ensure seamless customer interactions, and ideate UX flows within the design system. Responsibilities include simplifying complex problems, contributing to positive behavior design, fostering collaboration with Engineering and Product, and participating in design reviews. The ideal candidate is a human-centered designer with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of balancing data and customer insights. A minimum of 5 years of UX design experience and a portfolio are required. • 5+ years of experience in UX Design
• Experience working with designers, product management, and engineering
• Proven track record of key contributions to successful products
• Portfolio required

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft
• Relentlessly raise the design bar ensuring customers have seamless, consistent, and delightful interactions every time they use Stash
• Ideate and Design complete UX flows that fit into a larger design system
• Simplify complexity by breaking down tough problems and developing actionable solutions
• Contribute to positive behavior design thinking, ideas, and solutions to help customers develop healthy financial habits
• Foster collaborative relationships with Engineering and Product
• Actively contribute to constructive design reviews and deliver quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex applications in the fintech, health tech, or ed tech space
• Experience working with startups
