Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members (Product, Engineering, Nutrition, Data Science) to shape and deliver experiences customers love
• Take ownership of designing product experiences end-to-end: from discovery to implementation
• (In)validate your work through user research
• Bring your squad's vision and strategy to life (in collaboration with the Product Manager of your squad), aligning with business objectives and user needs, and creating excitement within your team and the broader organization
• Lead design critiques and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve and refine the product
• Work with and improve our design system
• Contribute to the evolution of the team’s ways of working and the overall culture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Motion Design in UI is a bonus
