Senior Product Head

Summary

Zeta Tech is a Next-Gen Banking Tech company looking for a Sr Product Head, Deposits and Liabilities to launch and operate deposit programs in the US market. The role requires hands-on experience in defining, launching, implementing, and optimizing the full Program Management lifecycle for deposit accounts. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience leading deposit portfolios, be deeply analytical and data-driven, and have a hands-on attitude.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience (preferably 10+ years) leading deposit portfolios
• Deeply Analytical and Data Driven
• Hands-on, Roll up your sleeves and get into the details attitude
• Operational Rigor

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, implement, and optimize the full Program Management lifecycle for Deposit Accounts
• Acquisition: Leverage digital acquisition channels such as Nerdwallet, Bankrate etc
• Digital Experience: Ownership of the digital experience for deposit accounts on mobile and web including Payments Hub, Transfers, Statements, Card Management
• Operations: Define and run Operations including Fraud Operations, Account Operations, Payment Operations
• Indepth Systems knowledge: Knowledge of vendors and capabilities across all relevant systems including Origination, KyC / IDV, Processing, Payments, Digital Apps, Servicing Systems, Fraud, Analytics etc
• Compliance: Expertise and knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting for deposits and liability accounts
